All volumes appear to be from the congregation (office of the procurator general). Volume 1 says it is a copy of a book of supplications made by Guilliotus of Torino, procurialis general of the Augustinians of Lombardy. (The original book was done by L. Grifus, under Egidius of Viterbo.) However, volume 1 appears to be part Guilliotus's copy and part earlier copies. Volume 1 also appears to include a register of successful responses to supplications. The procurator general also acted as a ponente for the supplications of the Augustinians of Lombardy and others, for example, nuns. The other volumes contain much of a similar variety of material, including supplications, original bulls and briefs, acta from the chapter meetings, verification that Masses were celebrated, faculties to reform convents, and so forth for convents all over Italy.
